Cox Technic, founded by Dr. James Cox, is a globally recognized research-based chiropractic technique taught in all major chiropractic schools and used by thousands of chiropractors across the world today. However, as the network of chiropractors grew, Cox Technic was looking for better ways to effectively support them and provide ways to use their Cox certification as a differentiator in their local markets.

Cox Technic sought Cirrus ABS’ help to:

 

  • support Cox doctors with easy access to Cox marketing and business resources
  • ensure consistent messaging throughout Cox doctors’ websites with the ability for each local doctor to support their own unique brand and local message
  • differentiate Cox chiropractors from their peers in each local market with great content, medical animations, and advanced medical research tools
  • better educate patients and the medical community on the application and advantages of Cox Technic procedures
  • increase new business opportunities from existing and new patients through search engine visibility, email marketing, and integrated local marketing campaigns through various online and offline mediums

 

The Cirrus Solution

We initiated the project by working hand-in-hand with Cox Technic to develop a comprehensive program strategy for Cox Technic’s network of doctors we branded as Cox Technic Complete.  The heart of the program is a powerful website managed utilizing the MarketSnare platform to tackle the organization’s many-layered goals. Included in this strategy, Cirrus:

Created a marketing website to market the program to Cox Technic’s doctors

Introduced a selection of custom website design templates and color schemes for participating chiropractors that reflect both their individual practices and the Cox brand

Facilitated patient education by providing its chiropractors with consistent online marketing support that included:video presentations

 

  • 3D animations
  • diagnosis tools
  • monthly content updates
  • local Search Engine Optimization to increase site visibility, traffic and patient adoption
  • patient newsletters

 

Deployed its MarketSnare platform that enabled:

 

  • the ability to push new medical content to all participating Cox chiropractor websites on a consistent basis
  • centralized management of a localized search engine visibility program for all participants
  • a baseline of professional search optimized website content that is personalized for each practice and their target markets
  • the ability for each local practice to customize their website with unlimited additional content and edits to the standard program content
  • development of Cox Certification services and integration with each local website with validation of Cox Certification on the Cox Technic parent website

 

Developed a secure resource portal for Cox Technic to bring value to doctors including:

 

  • multimedia marketing materials for their practices
  • Cox Pearls podcasts for professional development
  • practice forms and documentation

 

The Results

Using MarketSnare technology, Cox Technic has centralized management of the marketing and business support for its network of certified doctors, reducing the program support overhead by over 1000%.  MarketSnare has given Cox Technic a new revenue stream and has provided a powerful new service that gives its doctors a competitive differentiator in the market place and provides cost effective lead generation and patient retention tools.
